The applicant will be responsible for all tasks as a Licensed Property Manager, including but not limited to:

• Showing rental real estate to prospective tenants
• Receive and process rental applications from prospective tenants
• Regularly conduct property inspections of rental propertie
• Perform office administration, collect rents, damage deposits, etc.
• Ability to establish good working relationship with tenants and property owners
• Organize maintenance on rental properties

-Must hold a BC driver's license in good standing, and have skills to communicate with property owners, tenants and contractors. The applicant should also have good knowledge of our local rental market.

-Preference would be for the applicant to have an existing valid rental Property Management license in B.C., but we will train the right candidate.
